Terms and conditions
- Our agreement. By using this website, booking a service or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms and conditions.
- Changes to terms. These terms may be updated from time to time. Any changes take effect once posted on this website.
- Our obligations. Physiotherapy services will be provided with reasonable care and skill. You are responsible for following agreed advice and aftercare.
- Client responsibilities. You must provide accurate information and disclose relevant medical conditions, allergies, medication, risks or changes in health.
- Availability and punctuality. Please be ready at the agreed appointment time. If you are late, the session may still need to finish at the scheduled time.
- Cancellations. Less than 24 hours' notice may incur a 50% charge. Missed appointments may incur a 100% charge. If Active Ageing Physiotherapy needs to cancel, an alternative appointment will be offered.
- Health conditions. If treatment is not suitable, Louise will advise you and may recommend contacting your GP or another healthcare professional.
- Age policy. Adults are treated directly. Children under 16 require parental consent and a parent or guardian must be present.
- Privacy. Personal information is collected and used to provide services. See the Privacy and GDPR page.
- Liability. Active Ageing Physiotherapy is not responsible for incorrect information provided by you or events outside reasonable control.
- Copyright. Website content and materials are the property of Active Ageing Physiotherapy and must not be copied for commercial use without permission.
- Website use. You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to interfere with its operation.
- Law and jurisdiction. These terms are governed by English law and disputes will be handled by the English courts.
- Complaints. Please raise concerns promptly by contacting enquiries@activeageingphysiotherapy.co.uk.
