5. Availability & Punctuality:

Please arrive on time for your sessions. If you are late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.

6. Cancellations:

Less than 24 hours’ notice incurs a 50% charge.

No-shows incur a 100% charge.

If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll offer an alternative date.

7. Health Conditions:

Consult your GP before treatment if needed. Provide accurate information to ensure a safe treatment plan. If we cannot treat your condition, we will advise alternatives.

8. Age Policy:

We treat adults and children under 16 with parental consent. A parent/guardian must be present for all sessions involving minors.

10. Liability:
